My little Raspberry makes me sleepy!

So today is the 8 week mark! Yay! Now I  have a little raspberry rather than a blueberry!  I cannot believe how tired I have been lately. I was reading something online the other day that said you can never even believe how tired you will feel until you are pregnant! I think it's a bit hard for Tyler to understand that I can literally SLEEP all day long. I think on Monday I slept 14 hours!!!

Other than a little nausea I have been feeling pretty good.  I have been feeling a little anxious though wondering if anything has happened to my little guy.  The best thing to do is not worry and just pray that I growing a strong and healthy baby (and I wouldn't mind if it was a little chubby ;)

Oh and by the way....at this point I feel like it's a boy! I'm sure I will go back and forth the whole time!!!

Still a Blueberry

My little one is still just the size of a blueberry!!!  In two more days it will graduate to the size of a raspberry!!! Yay!!!

Next few weeks PLEASE fly by!!!

So I haven't been feeling very well the past few days. Ugh.  I am constantly tired and my stomach always feels yucky.  I need to keep my tummy full, but the only things that I feel like eating are carbs!  Since I am so tired it is hard to get motivated to workout, but I always feel good after I do.

So now I am 7 weeks, so I have several more weeks of feeling like this until I start my second trimester.  I just need to remember how amazing the development of my little baby inside me is, and it will all be worth it in the end!!!

First Doctors Appointment

So last week we had our first Doctors appointment...It was so exciting.

They first did an ultrasound and we could see the tiny "blob" of our baby! Based off of the measurements they took during the ultrasound, I was only 5 weeks, 6 days....and I thought I was 7.5 weeks!!! Haha oh well!  We could also see the heartbeat which was very exciting.  The nurse said that if we had come in a day earlier we probably would not have been able to see the heartbeat! It was perfect timing!

Then we went in to meet with our doctor who we loved! We asked her all sorts of question, and Tyler of course was just being his funny self!
